The signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (C.A.B) on March 27th 2014, represents a hopeful end to the many years of conflicts and negotiations which have challenged the Moro people for many years. The questions which must be highlighted now are:

  • What are the prospects for sustainable peace and for progressive development of the  Bangsamoro?
  • What are the challenges that are likely to be faced in the development of a united and progressive Bangsamoro?
  • What are the roles and responsibilities of both the Bangsamoro and the International community?

What happens to the Bangsamoro has important ramifications for politics and social justice in the region and beyond, both present and future.
